Extremely rude customer service and phone manner.. incorrect handling/service of medications will be making a formal complaint to the pharmacy board. Just because tourists are not regular customers does NOT mean you can treat them with disrespect!!!In reply to your extremely dont care"My mother entered your shop last week!! The staff member at the counter was rude abrupt and very unhelpful..no question or assistance to the medications she was given ..which is incorrect handling of medications.... My mother then rang your store to request your email address to inform you of the service she received so you could converse with your employee only to be mumbled at and then abruptly hung up on..you may not care but you need to.. terrible service and I hope the board take it further. Disgusting behaviour from someone in your position!!!"

Pharmacist went above & beyond to acquire my medication (not normally in stock) while I was prevented from traveling due to Covid-19 border closures. Thanks
